This page explains what SRI does with personal data collected through this website. It covers this website only. Systems we deploy for a customer run on that customer's own infrastructure, and we do not hold the data inside them.
Who is responsible
SRI is the controller for the personal data described here. Write to hello@sri.systems with any question about this page, or to ask us to delete what we hold about you.
What we collect
Only what you send us. Through the contact form that is your name, work email, and whatever you put in the company, role, use case, and message fields. By email it is your address and the content of your message. There is no account to create and nothing to sign up for.
Why we hold it
To answer you, and to continue a conversation you started. That is the only purpose. We do not build a profile, we do not enrich your details from other sources, and we do not send marketing to people who did not ask for it.
Analytics and tracking
This site sets no analytics cookies, runs no advertising pixels, and does not track you across other sites. That is why nothing asked you to accept anything when you arrived.
Who else sees it
Our hosting provider serves these pages, and a transactional email provider delivers messages sent through the contact form. Nobody else receives your details. We do not sell or share them.
How long we keep it
For as long as the conversation is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it at all. Email us and we will handle it. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
